I found this article that gives the run down of a huge photo shoot for an adidas ad campaign. The photograph was shot by Canadian photographer, Mark Zibert. The article itself was very informative, but I also found it incredible just how much work went into one photograph. I guess its hard for me to imagine, being so young in my photo career, but I’m sure i’ll have shoots like that come around sooner or later. The article goes down the line of telling how the whole thing was shot, stitched, etc. Zibert also tells us how the job wasn’t even supposed to happen. He had been hired, then it got called off, and as soon as he had returned from another shoot, off he went, to China for 3 months. Just goes to show you, persistence pays off. Check it out if you’re interested. Enjoy.
thanks so much. i always try to post blog entries that will be entertaining and helpful for other photographers. the web design was all done by myself, so i really appreciate the positive feedback, because i’ve taken a long to make it look the way i wanted.
